Typical session

INDIVIDUAL

The first session corresponds to the anamnesis, that is to say a time of exchanges and sympathetic listening in order to allow me to know you, to understand your problem and your request.

I then offer you a practice (in therapy, coaching, hypnosis or sophrology) according to your needs.

Finally, we define together the frequency of the sessions.

Then, each session follow-up takes place in the same way:

Reception and discussion time,
Practice of therapy, coaching, hypnosis or sophrology,
Post-session exchanges.

The sophrology exercises practiced in sessions can then be carried out alone on a daily basis. In fact, during each session I give you tools so that you can become independent.

IN GROUPS – SOPHROLOGY

The group sessions are organized around a theme determined before the session: stress management, emotion management, self-confidence, sleep, mental preparation (exams, childbirth, sports competition, etc.), relaxation, etc.

The session begins with a time for discussions and explanations of the techniques that will be practiced. After the practices guided by the sophrologist, a time for discussion is also planned so that everyone can freely discuss their impressions and feelings during the session.
