Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
DEFINITION
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapeutic method based on solid scientific foundations. It is based on the idea that our thoughts, emotions and behaviors are interconnected. Sometimes automatic thought patterns or limiting beliefs can lead to maladaptive behaviors or unpleasant emotions, such as anxiety, sadness, or anger.
Through CBT, we work together to identify these patterns, challenge them and replace them with more constructive ways of thinking that suit your needs. This process helps you understand your internal mechanisms and develop concrete strategies to better manage everyday situations.
TTC is particularly effective in treating disorders such as:

Liberation from emotional shocks and fears
Some additional tools that I have at my disposal to best support you:
Releasing emotional shock through eye movements is a therapeutic practice from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which aims to help overcome traumatic experiences and emotional shocks. It allows you to find a more serene and balanced life by calming the emotions linked to past experiences.
The release of emotional reactions, resulting from the TIPI method (Technique for the Identification of Unconscious Fears), is a simple, accessible and rapid method of emotional regulation which allows you to overcome your fears and anxieties. It aims to let the natural process of emotional regulation activate.
The release of unpleasant emotions with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), a psycho-corporeal and energetic practice aimed at treating emotional blockages by stimulating acupuncture meridians with the fingertips.
